The garage at Highline at Greensboro District has three levels with approximately 1,300 spaces. The garage can be accessed by taking the elevators to P-1 through P-3 levels and by automobile from Spring Hill Road and Greensboro Drive. The garage is fully accessible 24/7 to tenants, monthly parkers, and visitors.
Monthly Parking
SP+ became the Highline at Greensboro District garage operator in fall 2016. Upon move in, SP+ will issue your company a certain number of parking pucks and parking spaces based on your lease terms at no charge. Additional pucks requested above the lease based number will be an additional charge of $35.00. Additional monthly parkers above the leased based number will be charged a market monthly fee. The monthly fee is currently set at $80/month per parker, but is subject to change. Account set-up and adjustments can be completed by contacting SP+ at mjohnson@spplus.com. When an employee is terminated, their SP+ puck should be collected to prevent further access the garage. Please contact PMI to have the card de-activated or reassigned. In addition, it is the tenant’s responsibility to return the pucks at the termination of your lease.
Please see your lease agreement for parking allowances. Reserved spaces are marked accordingly with proper signage. It is important to note that towing of vehicles that are parked illegally will be enforced. Please notify your staff members and guests of this policy.
Monthly parkers may access the garage at the P-1, P-2, and P-3 entrances.
Overnight Parking
Monthly parkers are welcome to park overnight on the P3 level. If you intend to leave your car for longer than 3 nights, please alert AREP management by submitting a service request for approval. Please also email Mark Johnson at mjohnson@spplus.com. Please provide the following information:

Visitor Parking
Visitors to the building may pull a ticket at the entry lanes of the P-1 and P-3 levels. Visitor parking is free for the first three hours and ten dollars after. The Pay-On-Foot machine accepts cash and credit card, and is located outside the 8405 P-1 elevator lobby. The P-1 and P-3 exit lanes accept credit card only. The P-2 entrance is monthly parkers only.
Electrical Car Charging
There are two SemaConnect ChargePro charging stations available for tenant use at Highline at Greensboro District. There is one station located outside each of the P3 elevator lobbies at 8401 and 8405 Greensboro Drive. There are convenient and free mobile apps available for download for both iPhone and Android.
