Highline at Greensboro District and the Management Office will be closed on the following holidays:

New Year’s Day	Labor Day
Martin Luther King Day	Thanksgiving Day
Memorial Day	Friday Following Thanksgiving
Independence Day	Christmas Day

Should you require any routine cleaning, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), or other special services on any of the above holidays, please contact the Management Office at least 48-hours in advance as the Management team and contractors observe these holidays. Please review your Lease Agreement for specific operating hours and holidays. A charge of $45 per hour per floor will be assessed for overtime HVAC services.

In an emergency, we have an answering service available on these holidays and you can reach them by calling 703-226-2750. Our answering service will answer and dispatch the call accordingly.
