Highline at Greensboro District's standard building hours for providing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, HVAC is not provided on Sunday. All HVAC overtime requests must be in writing. Requests can be submitted through the Building Service Requests. Overtime HVAC is $45 per hour per floor. These rates are subject to change. Extended HVAC services may be requested Monday through Friday before 3:30 pm for same day service.

Highline at Greensboro District is equipped with a state-of-the-art energy management system that provides our heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC).

A self-contained package unit serves each floor of the Building. Variable Air Volume boxes (VAV) boxes deliver conditioned air to each zone. There are approximately 35 zones per floor. Heating is provided via electric heating coils in fan powered VAV boxes on the perimeter of the Building. Interior zones are supplied by cooling only VAV boxes. Fresh air is supplied to each floor via a filtered air handler located on the roof.
