Highline at Greensboro District is a multi-tenanted, two building, first class office complex containing approximately 433,942 rentable square feet situated on 7.55 acres. Located in the west end of Tysons Corner submarket, the twin 10 story towers are separated by a landscaped plaza and courtyard. The base building construction performed by Clark Construction was substantially completed in December 2000.

Amenities for the tenants include a deli and a fully equipped 5,536 sq.ft. fitness center. The Greensboro Corporate Café is located on level P-1 of 8405 Greensboro Drive. It is open Monday through Friday. Our fitness center is also located on level P-1 of 8405 Greensboro Drive. It is operated by BREAKAWAY Fitness. 

Our management staff includes Angela Macuci, Property Manager; Ashley Spruill, Assistant Property Manager; Larry T. Hollen, Chief Engineer; Ronnie Nash, Lead Engineer; and Desi Gibbs, Engineer. With this team we have a combined total of 50 years in building management experience.
