The base building construction performed by Clark Construction was substantially completed in December 2000.
Amenities for the tenants include a deli and a fully equipped 5,536 sq.ft. fitness center. The Greensboro Corporate Café is located on level P-1 of 8405 Greensboro Drive. It is open Monday through Friday. Our fitness center is also located on level P-1 of 8405 Greensboro Drive. It is operated by BREAKAWAY Fitness.
